Further, the results of these algorithms are also compared to find out the significance of the proposed approaches. The performance of both the algorithms is tested on randomly generated graphs as no benchmark graph is available for this problem so far. In this paper, a population based genetic algorithm (GA) and a single solution based tabu search algorithm are proposed to find the shortest path in a given network having trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy arc weights. So this problem deals with real life situations more effectively. Although shortest path problem is very important and well known problem in graph theory but the approach of taking arc weights as intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is new and make this problem more realistic as theoretically these numbers has been proved very useful to deal with distinct real life factors. We, being members of this society, wish to bridge this gap between women and men and all genders alike with our project. This paper is concerned with shortest path problem in a network where arc weights are taken as intuitionistic fuzzy numbers instead of crisp values. This data indicates that women's empowerment and upliftment in terms of being financially aware needs to be amplified. With the average score being 3.02, only 27.28% of female respondents made financial decisions independently compared to 50.53% of male respondents. One of the questions was to rate on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 being totally dependent while 5 being totally independent), how independent was an individual while making a financial decision. In the survey, the questions were regarding basic financial knowledge like did they understand sum breakup of bills or if they knew the difference between debit card and credit card, how much they saved, etc. The mode age group of respondents was 18-24. We recorded 451 responses which comprised of 350 female respondents, 78 male respondents, and 2 non-binary respondents. For this project, we conducted an online survey for all age groups, where the sample was convenience-based. Project Vriddhi, is an inititative that will help women and members of LGBTQ community achieve financial literacy.
